I think he was referring to someone not letting you use the rules absed on it being FW, not Apocalypse only. IIRC, the FW daemon princes are 40k approved, it's the greater daemons that are Apocalypse only due to being gargantuans.

Oh i wont even ask them if its apocalypse only but nobody has a problem with Fw only, its just in my girlfriends house along with some other chaos stuff and trying to work out a list to take from it is all! so it is 40k approved with opponents permission?
