Not sure if this will work. Never played SW before, but have a healthy respect with their Long Fangs. I'm allying with the Ultramarines just so as to be able to get the 'cheap' air support & TFC.

Primary Detachment - Space Wolf
HQ
1. Rune Priest: Runeaxe, Terminator Armour, Combi-Plasma

TROOPS
1. 5 Grey Hunters: Bolters, Bolt Pistols, CC Weapons, Frag & Krak Grenades, 1 x Free Flamer

2. 5 Grey Hunters: Bolters, Bolt Pistols, CC Weapons, Frag & Krak Grenades, 1 x Free Flamer

ELITES
1. 5 Wolf Guards: Terminator Armours, Power Axes, Combi-Meltas, Transport: Drop Pod

HEAVY SUPPORTS
1. Long Fangs #1: Sqd Leader & 5 Long Fangs, 5 Missile Launchers

2. Long Fangs #2: Sqd Leader & 5 Long Fangs, 5 Missile Launchers

3. Long Fangs #3: Sqd Leader & 4 Long Fangs, 4 Missile Launchers

FORTIFICATION
1. Bastion: Quad-Guns

Secondary Detachment - Ultra Marines
HQ
1. Master of The Forge: Conversion Beamer

TROOP
1. Scouts: Sergeant & 4 Scouts, Sniper Rifles, Camo Cloaks, Heavy Bolter with Hellfire Rounds

FAST ATTACK
1. Storm Talon: T/L Assault Cannons, Typhoon Missile Launcher

HEAVY SUPPORT
1. Thunderfire Cannon: Techmarine Gunner

TOTAL POINTS = 1500pts

Note: Not sure what psy-powers that I want to give to the Rune Priest. Living Lightning & JoTWW are the standard options, but taking spells from the BRB is also quite nice especially Prescience. 5 x Krak/Frag missiles with re-roll to hit sounds pretty awesome!

i would just use the standard living lightning & JotWW. it looks like a solid list though my man. the only thing i see is for objective games you will be lacking in troop choices with suffeciant strength to hold them for the duration of the game.

I agree that you are troop light. If they were in razorbacks, that would help. But foot slogging 5 man squads are never going to live to see an objective.

Other then that, that's a nasty amount of firepower.

The ultramarine detachment doesn't add a lot. Some fairly weak anti-air which could be taken in the form of fortifications (which you already have) and some blast markers which you seem to have covered in the form of long fangs.
One flier won't do much, especially the rather crappy storm talon. If you want air defence take guard or necron allies, not vanilla marines.

Troops would add to this list. Troops and transports. You're lacking scoring bodies, and a good opponent will pick up on this and shoot them down quickly, potentially winning by default. You're playing wolves, take advantage of the most points efficient troops in warhammer 40k. Long fangs aren't the only spammable thing in the wolf codex.

JotWW is great for drop pod wolves. Living Lightning is amazing for glancing transports to death, leaving your LFs to mop up the survivors.

No such thing as a "runic axe" it's a runic weapon which is an unusual force weapon with str:user ap:3 wounding demons on 2+.

On a side note: It's really obnoxious to include the standard wargear for everything you include. It adds nothing and deters people from commenting. Most people have the codex on the army they are commenting on, or at least know the basic wargear. Not trying to be rude, just stating what I thought when I saw this.

Star Trek taught me so much. Like, how you should accept people, whether they be black, white, Klingon or even female...
