It is called EXORACE. It is a real time strategy game kind of like Ogame but significantly better because you get to design every single one of your units from scratch. Im talking the strength of your gun to the size of your ships and ground units. It provides a competitive game environment in rounds which last 2-3 months. It is free to play and a ton of fun.
