if you manage to get a soulblaze marker on a unit, does the marker automatically vanish on the next turn? Or does it stay on the unit unwil you roll a 3 or less?

Example:

Turn 1 - i shoot a squad of marines and kill 1 - the remaining 9 get a soulblaze marker
At the end of the turn i roll a 4, so each remaining member fo the squad suffers a Soulblaze hit.

Does the marker then vanish? Or does it stay until i roll again the following game turn.

It stays until you roll a 3 or less or the unit is dead.

Across game turns as well? Wow!

Ah i read the entry wrong - it makes more sense now. I thought hitting every model seemed OP - its D3 S4 hits on a 4+.

Still not bad for such a cheap upgrade. Makes Rhinos more attractive.

It's not each remaining member of the squad takes a hit, it's the unit takes a d3 Str4 ap5 hits. It's not that great, but okay for free.

The models don't get a Soulblaze marker, the unit does. So it's not that each member of the squad suffers a Soulblaze hit, the entire unit only takes D3 hits. You can also only have 1 Soulblaze marker on a unit at the same time.
