i'm trying out the deathwing, woot! But i'm not sure what would be the idea army list vs. say Imperial Gaurd. I've tried to beat the Imperial Gaurd with my other armies, but it just doesnt happen. So, I have 2 land raiders, 30 terminaters, normal marines (some with heavy weapons) and a couple drop pods. Here's the best i could come up with.

Belial - 2 lightnight claws
chaplin

5 terminators - 1 cyclone, 3 thunder hammers, 2 lightning claws
5 terminators - 1 cyclone, 3 thunder hammers, 2 lightning claws
5 terminators - 1 cyclone, 3 thunder hammers, 2 lightning claws

I know this could use some help... any ideas?

They can not bring drop pods. Dark Angel drop pods are far too many points really.
If the enemy can deal with land raiders you'll lose badly. If not you'll probably win.

Try to bring as many models as possible so land raiders are really are ruled out. Look at others deathwing lists.

you should also try to include an apothecary and banner if you can
