Hate to start a thread on such a single-answer topic, but I'm going to anyways.

A couple of years ago I remember finding a place that would buy lots of 40k starter sets (AoBR back then) and double the army sprues of whichever side you would like (double orks, double marines).

1. Does anyone know who was that masked merchant?
2. Are they still doing it?

The masked merchant is Luis grandfather.

ApocabitzNow used to do it, but they're out of business.

You can just put a post in the Swap Shop saying you have half of Dark Vengeance and you want the other half. Sites like the Warstore and even eBay have half sets if you want to buy them.
