A LONG time ago, Sigmar created the forums. And in his struggle with the forces of chaos he united the human tribes into one great tribe called Desh-Kousine and he was the General. The General of Desh-Kousine.
This would actually have a better place in the nuts and bolts section. I'm not really sure why the two are combined here though, but it may be a traffic thing.
