Hi I was wondering if anyone knows of some alternative rokkit packs for ork stormboyz as I do not want to pay £15.50 for 5 models from the GW site and so would make some custom ones, is there a store that makes something that would be suitable.

If you have a lot of bitz, just strap random missiles, rockets and other assorted booster technology...that's basically all they're doing anyway. If you don't have any, go to the store and buy a cheap $10 model kit of a bomber or helicopter or something to use. They should even have battlefield ordinance kits that you can use.

i helped a buddy with his storm boys, we used empty bullet cases and cut and roughed up the open end to make them look like a orky jet pack. even if there 22. shells 2 or 3 of them glued together looks perfect or orkz

Loot marine jump packs, add some rivets and other orky detail, done. Looks particularly good with the boyz torso that looks like he's wearing a parachute harness.

You could always cast a couple home made rokkit packs
