Deadly Dark Eldar Warrior

Right now this list is more of a fluff then anything else though I did throw somethings in to it to make it somewhat competitive, though nowhere near tournament ready. I want to know what people think of it and cc would be nice.
HQ

I plan to put the archon in the venom with the trueborn and have the haemonculus go with the wracks, the warriors will sit on an objective if there is one of will sit in the back of the board taking pop shots at vechicles and the razorwing will pop the other vehicles. I will run the reavers through the portal thrown down by the archon and basically that's the whole idea behind this list.

What fluff are you following? That should help us make suitable suggestions.
Looking at your army list, many of your units are over-upgraded and lack of bodies (and hulls!) is fatal when playing DE. Especially the lack of troop choices could be a crippling flaw if you fail to table the opponent.
-Most importantly, I can't see what a WWP is doing for your list, since there are no units that will benefit from using it. It's expensive, so unless it's there for fluff reasons, I'd suggest dropping it.
-The rest of the Archon's kit also doesn't synergize with the Blasterborn. They hate CC, and aren't numerous at all, so they can't kill stuff (like Incubi can) and they can't act as ablative wounds (as Wracks/Grots can), making them a poor match with the CC Archon. Since you already have an HQ, you could easily drop the Archon altogether, or give him a Blaster and Shadowfield and leave it at that. Also if your Shadowfield fails, you're dead anyway, so no need for Ghostplate IMO.
-The Blasterborn don't really benefit from the Dracon, especially due to the blast pistol's abysmal range. Another Blasterborn would do better there.Also, Venoms are very easy to kill and love to explode, and the occupants take a S4 hit in 6th so kitting the unit inside for combat after losing the transport isn't the best use of points.
-The Venom probably won't use Chainsnares, especially since it already has a twin SC and the occupants want to shoot anyway, so it's not needed IMO.
-The Haemy has two ranged weapon upgrades and he can only fire one. The range difference is minimal so I'd drop the stinger. Flesh gauntlets aren't the most effective weapons either (on Haemys and Wracks), but if you like them, by all means keep them. I like Haemys cheap, but it's a matter of taste.
-Spending 200+ pts on 6 T4 5+ models isn't a good move at any pts level, but at 1250 pts it's positively suicidal IMO. They can't use both ranged weapons and caltrops so one type of upgrade will always be wasted. And they aren't good in CC so the Champion with PW is also not needed. Yes, they will be versatile, but they lack the staying power to make use of that. I would prefer either 2 blasters/heat lances (whichever you like best, they're of equal merit IMO) or 2 caltrops/1 caltrop+gravtalon. BTW, you can't take 3 bladevane upgrades on a 6-strong unit (you need 9)-so the unit is illegal as well.
-The Razorwing can only fire 2 missiles and 2 guns when it arrives, so the SC upgrade may not be used very often.
-Again, Warriors aren't good in CC and they lack the staying power to buy the Sybarite enough time to do real damage, so I wouldn't get a Sybarite+VB if I were you. Also, the DL and Shredder don't synergize well due to differences in range and preferred target. Better to get a blaster+DL or shredder+SC (the shredder is optional, I don't like it, but if you do, by all means give it a try). Also, Warriors aren't that good at camping objectives, especially without FnP. If you must camp an objective, use the Wracks-but it's better to get another unit to attack the enemy. DE rarely win by holding objectives, and even if it becomes clear that you need to run to grab objectives, DE usually have enough mobility to get there in later stages of the game.
-If you drop all these upgrades you should be able to get at least another squad of Warriors in a transport to add firepower. DE live and swear by firepower-since we lack staying power, we need a lot of cheap stuff so that losing some won't break our back. Automatically Appended Next Post: And I forgot to mention; if you wish to use the Razorwing for AT purposes, give Ravagers some thought, since they bring a lot of DL for a relatively low cost. The advantages of the Razorwing are usually best used against infantry IMO.

I'm going for a kabal that has a large backing from a haemonculus coven and has a particular liking for jetbikes and other fast vehicles that represent the epitome of dark eldar superiority. And thanks for the warning on the revers I forgot that when writing this list.
