I think that the best place to ask this would be in the Warhammer 40k army lists sub forum, posting your list up there. As an Eldar and an Ork player I'll be able to help once I know what points level you're playing and which units you are running.

Put more shots on the board and use Markerlights to boost BS and strip Cover Saves.

Also consider Hammerhead Railgun Submunition shots.
