Hi, I am currently painting a relic contemptor and an achilies LR. They are not yet done. What advice on finishing them can you give.

All comments greatfully recieved. I also have on order 2 arms with claws and a las cannon arm and an assault cannon arm. Along with a set of weathering powders.

Cheers but I am a little nervous about the weathering powders as I haven't used them before but the effects look amazing. Need advice!!

Most proud of the relic's base, one dead ork!

There is nothing to be worried about using weathering powders if you apply them dry of mix with water, since they can be easily wiped away before you seal them.

I'd suggest giving him a 'veteran' helmet color, just to set him apart and give a little visual break from all the blue too.

Other than that, this is one extremely nice looking model!

OK so what colour for a veteran helmet colour?? Usual would be red but then should I change the eye colour to blue or silver?

And thanks!
