A few criticisms hope I don't sound harsh. Your break point is extremely low and warg riders aren't particularly tough so your definately going to need more numbers. Gothmog is rather expensive for a 500pts list so I'd swap him for a shaman on warg and use the points to increase your numbers. Flaming amunition does nothing in non sieges so drop that.IMO engineer captains are not worth it for the points you could get another siege bow or more warg riders.
For the points of the seige bow you could get a lot more warg riders and unless you want to risk hitting your warg riders it won't get a lot of firing done. One thing you might want to look into is getting a mordor catapult if you want artillery as this doesn't require line of sight.
