The staff allows him to use 3x witchfires in the same shooting phase as long as he has enough warp charges.

However, AFAIK, it does not override the restriction of only being able to cast a given power once per turn.

Looking for the restriction, don't see it under Witchfire. Is it the same as 5th where you cannot use the same power unless given explicit permission?
