More colors. The lettering on the armor should be gold and then a lot of people wash the recessed area behind it with brown or sepia, I personally use red so they stand out a little more.
The eyes actually look okay they way they are. I don't know if it was intended or not, but they currently have a soft OSL thing going on with them right now.
Paint the case of the storm bolter with something more interesting than black. I do mine in a black/turquoise mix and then line highlight with pure turquoise for a little visual interest.
Also, wash the model with a blue/black or straight blue ink instead of black. Again, this adds a little visual interest.
Add some battle damage. On silver armor like theirs, it is actually very easy to add some damage; a then line of white paint followed by another thin line on black covering almost the whole previous line except on the bottom. This gives be scratch an illusion of depth.

Keep it up and good luck!

I forgot to add: Feel free to check out some of the Grey Knights in my gallery if you so desire. What I offered as tips are all things I do myself when painting Grey Knights.

Looks fantastic. I like the purple power weapon. I've never seen that before.

It's an ugly planet. A bug planet.
