I currently have 10 Easterling warriors and 24 Haradhim (12 bow,12 spear)

Whats the best way to organise these and if i wanted to add some horsemen which would be best.

I dont want to go over 500 points but would also like a character in there as well.

Id also consider adding in half trolls,Abrakhân Guard,Watchers of Karna or serpent guard as i like all of these models.

First of all you need captains to lead your warbands that can not number more than 12 including said captain.
Secondly you need to make sure you do not have more than 33% archers in your army. After this is done I would add some Haradrim raiders. If you want to include all the other stuff I would recomend you to make the army fulfill the 750 point mark.

Characthers are seldom worth it unless you take the ones like the special wraiths or Easterling special characthers like Amdur(not sure if this is the rigth name)

Get some Raiders and Admur as your hero, put a hasharin in instead of a captain because i give your company a high fight value than a captain (5)

I will second the Hasharin suggestion.

Of all the things in LotR that I despise. Hasharin and all Corsairs are up at the top.
