Hi All
Myself and girlfriend are looking at attending a doubles tournament with our armies. It's 1200 points each with standard building gumpf
This is what we have come up with so far.

Drop a unit of Carrrion and add 1 more knight and a standard if you can, standards are worth it IMO it can save a wound vs instability if you lose combat.

Unfortunately, the Spellweaver cannot take A Cluster of Radiants. It's for Branchwraiths and Treemen Ancients only.

@ Oldblood, yeah I just realised that. I think that we're going to be changing the armies so that I will be taking the Dwarfs.

So we now get +1 DD for the inclusion of the Runesmith, have a Level 4 and a combined total of 3 Dispel Scrolls. Also the Waywatchers have been dropped in favour of a second unit of wardancers to help out the Dwarf blocks in combat by targetting the flanks/rear of the opposing unit as we need our units to be able to chew through enemies as soon as possible

With an alliance you have to split the dispel dice, so that +1 DD to the dwarves would be useless, as you lose the bonus +2 to dispel for allying with a wizard. So no need to give the dwarf half any DD. Keep the runesmith for the scrolls!
