I've been interested in finding some of the Rulesets that are a little more difficult to find. I d like a hard copy if possible. The White Dwarf is sold out at my local store and I'm not sure where to look and what's reasonable for ebay shopping (haven't seen them on ebay recently anyway)

I'm looking for the Flyers rules (dakkajet and stormtalon) as well as the Sisters of Battle ruleset.

GW hasn't released them in any other media have they? (I know there used to be an iPad app for the dakkajet rules, but don't want to pay $6 for them or $43 for a duplicate Space Marine codex)

Are the Sisters available anywhere but WD 379-380 or whatever it is?

Star Trek taught me so much. Like, how you should accept people, whether they be black, white, Klingon or even female...

Waiting for my shill money from Spiral Arm Studios

They arn't legally avaliable besides copies of the WD the rules were in.

The Stormraven has been added to the Space Marine Digital Codex. So if you get that it will be there.

Self-proclaimed evil Cat-person. Dues Ex Felines

Cato Sicarius, after force feeding Captain Ventris a copy of the Codex Astartes for having the audacity to play Deathwatch, chokes to death on his own D-baggery after finding Calgar assembling his new Eldar army.

While not advocating piracy: I consider this to be different. If you didn't purchase the WD, then there's no way to get the rules, I think you can morally "pirate" it since you can't get it any other way. It's not like GW has lost a purchase since they aren't even offering it.

As the publisher of the material in question, it is up to GW whether or not to allow people access to it. You have no 'moral' right to have something just because you want it.

And since GW want people to purchase their products, most people would want to be able to access the rules to use their GW products. So GW not making the rules accessible except through WD seems a bit odd. Do they publish older WD's? Because if they don't, it makes it hard for a SoB player to get rules for his army he has purchased, or a SM player to get the rules for their stormtalon which they purchased from GW. It's not a "moral" question, its more of a business model question. at least in my mind it is
