TS, 10x marines, flamer, Sgt with Power Sword/Combi-Plasma-230
(Drop pod, Captain attached)

Land Speeder, multi-melta-70
Heavy
DEV Squad, 10x, 2x missile launchers+ 2x lascannons, Sgt with Bolt pistol/Chainsword-190

Im thinking of dropping the Assault squad and getting a command squad to attach to the captain instead of the TS and getting a razorback for them, but im not sure there due to money, I'll leave it up to you to decide!
Automatically Appended Next Post: QUICK CHANGE!
Drop the land speeder along with 2x DEV marines, and put in a Dreadnought

dp can only fit 10 so cant put captain in it so get rid of drop pod
give captain a jump pack and put with the assault squad ( and get rid of storm bolter )
replace combi weapon with just his free bolt pistol and give the squad a missile
give other squad missile and power weapon to Sargent
swap plasma pistol for the power sword for the other Sargent and give the other 2 assault squads meltas ( captain goes here )
KEEP the land speeder and dev for more fire power, trust me
swap las cannons fr missiles ( cheaper)
give the land speeder either another metla gun or a heavy flamer

The Marine Standing Behind Marneus Calgar

First, what codex are you using? I'm going to assume vanilla Codex:Space Marine. If you are using Blood Angels, ignore everything I say. It looks like jbsnv's advice above is for a blood angels army if that's what you are running.
C:SM pods hold 12. You're fine there.
I'm not a fan of powerfists on captains. I5 is a big deal to toss aside. To be honest, I'm not big on captain in general. I want to like them, but feel the other options do a better job. In your list, I'd take a jump chaplain with the assault squad. It transforms them from a light harassment unit to a wrecking ball.
What heavy weapons do you have in your tac squads? At least give them MLs.
I like a basic power sword/bolt pistol on my assault sergeants. Plasma pistols are too expensive IMHO. I also like a flamer on the squad.
I like MM speeders. If you have spare points, tacking on an extra weapon is good.
Check the points for heavy weapons in your Dev squad. They pay a premium. It looks like you are assuming tac squad pricing.
A solo drop pod has some issues. It generally is going to be off by itself, far ahead of the rest of your army, out of support. This is fine for a suicide unit, but not the best for a tac squad. You also want to make an impact when you land. This is why dreads and sternguard make good pod choices; when they land next to you, you will feel the pain. You are going to land, lightly bolter a random squad, and then get blown to hamburger by their entire army. Not the best result. If you want to run drop pods, I'd run with 3. Stick a dread in one, and tac squads in the others at this point level. Gear one squad for anti-vehicle work, the other for infantry (MM/M and HB/F as an example, with a MM/DCCW(HF) dread) Choose the best two to drop first turn, depending on who you are facing. That way they have backup, and you can tailor the drop to what is needed.
