So after a few games, I'd make some adjustment to my 1750 BA list.

Devs and Tac camp home behind Aegis with Assaults, SG and Bikes move forward.

Probably wont be deep striking, if I do it would be the Melta squad with a priest to blow up a tank.
Tempted to bring a Raven, but what would I want to lose?

I like the attack bikes. Though I would field two squads of two.

I don't like the sanguinary guard. Close combat isn't as easy as in 5th anymore.
Maybe you want to change them against sternguard with 4x combi-melta and attach the divination librarian?

10x RAS with 2x melta and PF is standard and never failed me. I don't like flamers though. Why not field the second squad with meltas too?

I don't have too much experience with Devastators. So no input here.

Sternguards are good, though I have no way to deliver them to the front as is. Too expensive for a T1 pod suicide unit either.
How about PG armed Honor Guards as a replacement for the time being? with Divination they are really good too.
They bring a priest, so I can drop one and get another A-bike.

I love my PG honour guard with prescience librarian.
They will do much more for you than the sanguinary guard for only a few points more.

Or you could drop the honor guard and take a SR with hurricane bolters.

SGs arent that bad this edition with 2+ save and FNP though, they handle most MEQs just fine.

I'd actually now think if I want SR I'd go with two and build the list around that.
My second raven hasnt arrive in shipping and the current list seems fine atm.

Yeah two SR's is quite nice. I use them in my 1750 as well
