hey guys this is my first try at ig, this list is for a freind, heonly has these models, 2 chimeras and about 30 more guardsmen but all of the weapons are magnetized so everythingin the codex is avvailable on his models, here what i came up with

Looks pretty ok choice. Might consider more special weapons depending on its use

Your troops section is awful. These squads won't do anything. 20 squishy men with a crappy gun. Vets are one of the best things in the codex, try equipping them to their potential. They can take 3 plasma, 3 melta, 2 flamer, heavy flamer. These guys are your bread and butter, specialise with them. Make them useful. If you want bodies to sit on objectives, take a platoon.

Why does the Exterminator have camo netting, yet the executioners don't? People are going to ignore the exterminator, it's just not that great, but the executioner is amazing against pretty much every target.
The lascannons on the executioners feel wasteful. One shot with a 50% chance to miss for 15points. When you could just leave the HB on there and maybe score a kill, or put a HF on there for when people get close.

All in all, I feel this is quite a weak list. Your scoring units are weak and squishy. All your stopping power is against infantry and put inside tanks. You have no anti-armor (except for a single lascannon), or anti-air.

a 1k point list for what I feel you want would look like this to me:

CCS
LC, camo

Platoon
PCS Flamerx3
PIS Flamer, AC
PIS, Flamer, AC

Vets
Plasma x3

Vets
Melta x3

Vendetta (Melta vets go here)

LR Executioner PC sponsons

This gives you 990 points. More scoring units and better firepower than your previous list. Just make sure you bubble wrap the executioner to defend it from deep-strikers.

Yh like i said, first trry at IG so yh i can't really do anything good, so your words better than mine, i hadn't really considered all of the missions so yh, thanks for opening my eyes a bit and just making that better list for me, thanks
