Well I bring you an Indiegogo campaign rather than a Kickstarter this time

NOTE: This is a FLEXABLE campaign, so they will keep your cash even if they do not reach the target, using it to push on the project. Backer beware!

http://www.indiegogo.com/Nemesiswargame?c=home

WHY THIS CAMPAIGN?

After three years of creating hundreds of groups of players, more than one hundred and fifty models, we have begun to prepare the second edition of our rules book, (Spanish and English) but now we would like to make it with full color illustrations.

Apart from that, we want develop a new race for this game "The Nephalites". This campaign has also the objective make this new race real.

To do this, we need your help in funding the necessary work of making models and illustrations, join us to keep creating the universe of Nemesis and continuing its development.

I don't understand companies that don't proofread/copyedit their pleas for money. :(

Wow, both of those WIP sculpts are great. Should this reach production Ill buy both, maybe a few others as well.

However, I dont care for the workings of this funding method. Ive supported several kickstarters, as I approve of their system...this one not so much.

I wish them the best of luck, and Ill be a customer for sure if/when things reach production and general sale.

Whats my game?
Warmachine (Cygnar)
10/15mm mecha
Song of Blades & Heroes
Blackwater Gulch
X wing
Open to other games too

I'm really not a fan of either "flexible funding" nor am I of Indiegogo's method of taking your money instantly.

I like it - but I can't believe RiTides is getting on board with a campaign with that much under-boob!

I have some models from the line from before this campaign. The models are well-made, quite nicely done, and the entire line is really innovative. I love the Orphans, a faction of young kids that run their own forest--think Peter Pan Lost Boys with SERIOUS attitude and a forest giant (who can be put together pantless...)

The only complaint I have with the models is they often come with tons of flash to remove. But, its not much of a deterent.

The campaign isn't done well. I think its a combination of translations and Indiegogo's site (not as organized/intuitive as Kickstarter). And, yeah, the Nemesis people are not running it as well as it could be.

Still, good models and an interesting rules set (noting too out of the box). Might be worth getting a small set if the bonuses are there.
