When the Night Scythe deploys via deep strike, does it then have to move an additional 18 inches to maintain flight? Or since it can't move after deep striking, is it considered as already having moved 18?

Also, while zooming, can it still teleport its passengers to the ground?

Question 1; It is treated as having moved Cruising speed (not specifically stated but is implied from Shooting).

Question 2: Covered in the Necron FAQ.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.
Orks always ride in single file to hide their strength and numbers.

The passengers can disembark any time from the flyer. Invasion beams allows the passengers to disembark at 24 inches and still should at their normal ballistic skill. Anymore than 24 inches and the disembarked units can only shoot snap shots.
