Not a bad job! But I agree, finishing the bases would make them look better

im kind of unsure how i feel about your metallics, but that might also look funky because of the camera flash.
i like your color scheme though

The bases will be done this weekend hopefully just waiting on a delivery.

The metalics aren't great in the photos but thats definitely the flas, i guess thats what you get using a phone for photos lol

All 3 wraiths finished apart from bases. I cant decide what style i want to do the bases so leaving them plain till i decide.

Love the blue color scheme can't wait to see more! A monolith in that scheme will look awesome.

A monolith is one model i haven't thought about yet. Next up is either immortals or a night scythe.

Unsure on this scheme what do people think? Ignore the tubes between the warrior and gun my dog had his way with it so needs some making good

like how you are using the blue to tie the models together.

I would consider painting the rods on the immortal's gun.

thanks for sharing!

Painted a few more wraiths today! I must say for a complete newbie painting is fast becoming my favorite thing to do.

These look really good. Once you have them all painted and can start playing with them you can add more details making them look even better. (Like battle damadge etc)

Thanks, thats sort of my plan just perfecting the basics on these and then once i feel more confident adding and improving them. Im quite happy with how things are turning out at the moment considering id never really painted before these.

Belgium, Mechelen!

Your colour scheme is really nice and very necron!

For the shield, it looks great! You should try some highlighting within the future! really, your models are perfect to keep building up and making better along the way!

Keep up the good work, you're doing great!

You should try some highlighting within the future!

Highlighting is something i definitely am going to be practicing before long. I'm still not 100% confident with my basic technique for some reason so with this being my first army and first models ever being painted i just want to get the simple stuff perfect before tackling the harder.

Maybe do the crystal things on the tips of the shield green too?
Very nice but i agree about the higlighting to make the blue look less flat.

Does anyone have a link to a good tutorial on highlighting? my google/youtube skills seem to be failing me :(

Looking for some criticism on my lychguard? Anything i could do to improve it?

Well a year and a half down the line and i regret selling most of this army!

Im going to be taking what ive got left of this army and building it up again, it will rise up better and stronger than ever!
I currently have about 40 warriors left and the 1 lord.

Im tempted to try a different paint scheme this time around, although i do have a soft spot for the turquoise.
