Battle Barge Impossible Fortress

I hope to accomplish two things here.. First, you have been abruptly "voluntold" to help guide me on my path to figuring out what exactly a custom Tzeentch Discipline would be based upon. Second, I apologize for the manners of my agents when they captured you and brought you here. You forgive me, right? I mean, we're best friends after all. Can I have 70 bucks for a Heldrake? Thanks, man.
Note: it's not my intention to come up with psychic powers or rules here.. I will probably start a Proposed Rules thread at a later time. I want to figure out what exactly Tzeentch "governs" in 40k. What exactly is the the master of?. Fire and Fate? Derp, of course. My goal is to narrow down 7 things that I can later turn into psychic powers. Remember that we're hiding from the MODs here, so let's not discuss which things need be what power, etc etc. Well, maybe not hiding. More like walking the line? Hell, you want psychic powers... I've got pages and pages (literally) of custom powers. (Seriously, PM me for your psychic crack). This thread is purely about what Tzeentch fiddles with in the background. Once I get around to Round 2 of my Tzeentch Discipline, you can bet there will be a link to it in my signature.
To start off (before I bore you to death), here's what I'm thinking:
-Destiny/Fate
-Ethereal flames
-Physical and often violent mutation just for the sake of change
-Deception
Additions to consider (from others):
-Time
-Hope
-Imagination/the Mind

the thing is by putting down deception, it covers a lot that you may be able to break down into a few other themes
my suggestion is time, since he controls and manipulates things, he could theoretically have a control over time and how things change over time

Tzeentch is the God of Hope, and mankind's desire for change. His opposite of Nurgle, who is the God of Despair and the Defiance of it. While Tzeentch is driven by hope for the future to accomplish things, Nurgle is driven by the inevitably of death to accomplish things. You only have one life, ya can't afford to waste it.
So that's Tzeentch's philosophy. He likes change, in pretty much all forms. He's very hopeful; he believes that if he stirs gak up, something good will come of it. So, that's what his warp powers revolve around. Random, change, and crazy gak.
Like, he might blast someone with fire, but the fire might freeze into thousands of ice crystals. Then when the ice crystals hit the victim they shatter, unleashing tiny daemons frozen within. These daemons latch onto and bury beneath the victim's skin, where they breath life in its purest form into him. As a result, bulbous tumors grow within the victim and he explodes. The ash left behind from the explosion forms into a giant three headed Phoenix. This Phoenix then vomits out the victim, who is somehow still alive and now covered in feathers. Three days later the victim trips on his own shoelaces and breaks his neck.
That's how Tzeentch rolls.

Interesting, I had not considered "time".
Very nice input, fellas. Would like to hear from others as well.
I think we're onto something

Apparently he's also the god of birds, given his greater daemon's appearance. No idea what that represents, but it is what it is.

Chnage perhaps? With his love for making people go WTF at his scheems and such, and he also has a unhealty love for birds. Perhaps the god of ravens?

Two things in addition. The obvious one, tzeentch is the master of sorcery. I don't know if it's redundant but he is known to be the chaos god of sorcery
Also and this is a much greater stretch, the mind/imagination. We are always thinking about things, changing approaches, planning new ways to solve problems. our minds can also hinder us, what we imagine is never as good nor as bad as we imagine. Tzeentch is always there as we make our decisions, hie form what lurks in the darks, there when we get what we want
again this is a very big stretch but it might work

I like tzeentch a lot. because it is the only contradictory chaos god.
It appears tidy and well organized, but promotes changes and revolutions.
A good follower can become either a Rubric marine (unevolving suit of armor), a sorcerer (not changing but making things change) or even a spawn.
Once the chaos will have won (and make no mistake, they will), Tzeentch will promote order, for a change.

Here we go, Round 2 in the Proposed Rules section. Thanks for your input. I'd appreciate the comments over in PR!
