Can the squads mounted on the FOR fire their weapons?
Does the missile silo count as never having LOS because of it being sunk in?
How close would I have to be to the original for my orky fort?

On another notes does anyone know which tournament in the UK don't allow FOR and which ones do?

I did have another question but I've forgotten it perhaps it might come back to me.

If they have a fire point - and embarked, not mounted - then they can fire, using the rules for fire points

No idea on current fortification rules; Spiky club (the club im a member of) doesnt currently ban any fortifications, and i dont know of any off hand that do.

It says as per model, so It's a bit vague.
I assume that the ones that you can see can fire, but I wanted to double check before I build the FOR as not to waste time and money.

The model for the FOR has specific fire points; given when you embark models into buildings and NOT onto battlements you remove the models, its not a case of 'who can see" it is "how many firepoints are there in the section of building i am a part of"

If they are on battlements then they are NOT embarked in the building and follow usual rules for firing - so TLOS
