Just a quick query
I know they updated some of the WFB FAQs recently, including the rulebook one, but I was wondering if they've changed the rulebook again since ?

Was it them adding the power scroll amendment back in?
I thought that was missing originally.

That entry is back in, which is unfortunate as it's a terrible change, not that I ever took scrolls to begin with.

Without really getting into the quality of the ruling. . .that is sort of why I noticed it. 
Not sure anything else stuck out when I read it.
