Hello,

I've been browsing the internet for color schemes that I can use while using dipping for shading. I figure I can get some colored primer somewhere and some model dip and make a massive army.

I looked at army painter's pdfs on the subject and they have a rather limited amount of color schemes for either space marine faction.

Anyone have any links to project blogs that dipped their armies or any suggestions on a color scheme?

Thank you for your time.

Imperial Fists work well with dipping. The VERY bright yellows get toned down and the brown dipping color makes for a nice contrast. Simple highlites after the dip help to bring the color back out...but do that sparingly or it looks odd.
On the Chaos side Khorne should work good, dulling the reds and making them a darker red.
Iron Warriors also works well, dulling the metalics and adding alot of depth.

Life isn't fair. But wouldn't it be worse if Life were fair, and all of the really terrible things that happen to us were because we deserved them?
