November 17th @ Redcap's Corner
1,850 Pt. Warhammer 40,000 Tournament

Location: Redcap's Corner, 3617 Lancaster Ave., First Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19104.
Date and Time: November 17th, doors at 11AM, games at noon.
Cost: $10/player

Army Composition: 1,850 pts./player using normal force organization charts, but with fortifications disallowed. You have the option of putting together two different 1,850 lists with as much or as little overlap as you want, BUT both lists must consist of the same primary army and allied army (if any). You can choose to run allies in one list and not in the other, but you can't choose to run Chaos Marine allies in one list and Tau allies in the other. Hopefully that makes sense. When pairings are posted each round, you'll learn what your opponent's primary army is and you can use that information to choose which list you use that round. You must choose your list before you know which list your opponent has chosen. Players share lists with each other simultaneously after both players have chosen which list to run.
Rounds: Three rounds, each consisting of two and a half hours of game play, with fifteen minutes per team additional time for deployment.
Models: Models need not be painted, and conversions are totally fine (Forge World, third party, scratch-built, whatever), but proxies are not allowed. If you have questions about whether a model would count as a conversion or a proxy, email us or stop by and ask us. Essentially, you need to make sure your models are equipped and portrayed in a clear and obvious way, but we want your army to look every bit as cool as you want it to!
Scenarios: Scenarios coming soon, but they'll be pretty typical out-of-the-rulebook scenarios!
Scoring: Crushing victories are worth 6 points, victories are worth 5, draws are worth 3, losses are worth 1, and crushed results are worth 0 points.
Special: As with all of our recent 40K events, Forge World non-Apocalypse rules are allowed, but please check with us for approval before the day of the tournament if you plan on using Forge World rules in your list.

Prizes: Store credit toward purchases at Redcap's Corner, based on tournament attendance, will be awarded to top finishers. This store credit can be used on anything in-store (even future events), and can be used on special orders placed with us, so even if we have nothing in-stock that you're after, you can make requests and we'll do our best to fill them.
