Well, I have played mono god lists for far too long now, and I fancy some change...
Can you help me create a balanced list with what you see below...
2 bloodthirsters
2 heralds of tzeentch on disks
3 bloodcrushers
54 flamers
60 bloodletters
20 daemonettes
11 pink horrors
15 nurglings
9 screamers
5 seekers
3 daemon princes (2 with wings)
And a soulgrinder
Thanks...

How mant points is this supposed to be?
Which heralds do you have access to?
Also, 54 Flamers? That isn't even a multiple of 3, where did you get so many!

That doesn't make them flying, it makes them jump infantry. Very big difference there.

Buy some Plaguebearers. Seriously. And a Herald to lead them. Give him Cloud Of Flys. That's an objective almost guaranteed to be held. Bloodthirster/s and flamers are immense for first wave. Soulgrinder with Phlegm is pretty tasty for first wave too.

Eh, skip the Fiends and load up on Flamers, they are much more bang for your buck. The Elites slot is full to bursting with good choices, but Flamers outshine the rest.

Here is what I worked out while eating lunch, using somewhat of a variety, and only the models you listed:
HQ:
Bloodthirster - 255 pts
- BotBG
2x Heralds of Tzeentch - 65 pts each (130 pts)
-Disc
Elites:
7 Flamers -161 pts
7 Flamers -161 pts
7 Flamers -166 pts
-pyrocaster
6 Flamers -143 pts
-pyrocaster
Troops:
5 Horrors -95 pts
- Bolt
6 Horrors -112 pts
- Bolt
7 Daemonettes -98 pts
7 Daemonettes -98 pts
6 Daemonettes -84 pts
7 Bloodletters -112 pts
Fast:
5 Screamers -125 pts
4 Screamers -100 pts
Heavy:
Soulgrinder -160 pts
-Phlegm
Total: 2000pts
The idea is to drop in the flamers and screamers right away. Have the two 7-man flamer squads lacking pyrocasters wrap around the heralds first turn, this should allow most of them to drop templates right away (you have to love that large skimmer base).
Your troops are fairly weak, that's ok. Try to keep the daemonettes off the board for as long as possible, deep strike them semi-close to objectives and hide in cover until turn 4/5, then make a dash for objectives. Toss the bloodletters at some large-threat type unit, basically to throw off your opponent. I find that a lot of people are still fairly afraid of bloodletters, even though they are not nearly as scary as they were in fifth edition. This bloodletter unit is just a suicide distraction to keep their minds off of your flamers/screamers. The horror squads are actually fairly survivable, and with the cheap bolt on them, can bust of a tank or punish some infantry a little bit, and make decent objective snaggers as well with the 4++ save.
If you find you are going to be playing kill point type games and not objective games, you may want to combine your daemonette squads to save on kill points, and actually have a chance of killing something with them (or just drop some of them and beef up your flamer squads more).
Basically, if your thirster and soulgrinder last 2 turns, you should be happy. Those two will draw a lot of fire.
This is very good as, again, they will keep the heat off of your flamers and screamers, which are the real punch to the Daemon army now.
I tried to use as much variety in the models as possible from what you listed, and still keep it competitive with the current meta.

Maybe read the first post before responding.
That was a listing of all the models he has, not all the models in his list.
That "list" would be a lot higher than 2000 points.

I gave this list a try... It worked well...ish... The only problem was that in my opinion there were too many daemonettes... I was playing space wolves, and they were cut to pieces... Striking first really made no difference... I killed 3 he killed my whole squad...
That was if I got into combat....
The wrong half came down, and I was rapid fired to death...
Basically, the Tzeentchian aspect of the list was the only redeeming factor
Thanks for the help but I think I will stick to mono-god lists for the time being....

Been Around the Block

I have a bunch of suggestions.
1. Daemonettes and Bloodletters are not great. If you do run them, run them in hordes so people actually fear them. A squad of 6 Daemonettes can just be ignored or shot to death with some leftover firepower that cant see the important targets.
2. A single soulgrinder is also not usually recommended. It is the only AV in your entire army so it will be a magnet for the anti-tank weapons that your opponent will surely bring. One of the advantages of Daemons is that your opponent is paying a lot for AP1 and AP2 weapons that don't affect our saves. Any time you can get an opponent to pay for things they don't use you have an advantage.
3. The Heralds really want Master of Sorcery, Bolt, and We Are Legion. This gives you additional anti-tank while still being able to hide them with the flamers. Use gaze on whatever the flamers are shooting at and fire the bolt at something else that needs exploding. This will double their cost but they will actually bring some value. Right now they are just overkill since the flamers will ruin anything they are shooting at already.
4. Pyrocasters aren't needed. Unless you plan on dancing your flamers around and using LoS they really don't do anything. When you could control the LoS wounds they were nuts but now it doesn't seem worth the points.
5. I would probably merge your screamer squads. A squad of four screamers can be dealt with pretty easily but a squad of nine cannot. This ensures that you reach your opponent with enough models to take on their serious CC units like Hammernators.
6. You have hardly any anti-air. Either add a quad gun or flying princes with bolt to help out in the skies. The flamers will be able to handle the ground game.
7. Your troops are too easy to kill for this point level. You don't need them to provide offense but you need them to score. More Horrors or Plaguebearers are essential. A defense line will help the plaguebearers stay alive too.
