The idea really is to have the Platoon Blob up with the Commissar behind the Aegis on a backfield objective to act as a hardpoint. More than likely, one of the Manticores will also be used to make up that hardpoint so I can give it cover.
The other Manticore will be behind cover and have the 1 Plasma Unit and Psyker Unit while the Vets and everyone push mid field. The Company Command Squad will be parked near the Blob to give it access to orders.
Vendettas will do the flyer thing.
Flamers are for overwatch protection to mitigate any hordes that may slam into the blob; as well as, pouring wounds on Elite Assault Units to make them roll saves.

It's a decent list. I don't know if I like the Manticores. They are great at dealing with hordes, but it doesn't look like you need help with that. Those melta guns in the chimeras aren't going to get close enough in my opinion - close enough and still maintain the bubble wrap for the manticores. Might be a good idea for more plasma. You are missing some AP2.

I was juggling that back and forth when I was writing it up. I wanted to go a little heavier on Plasma for the Veterans as I'm not a fan of getting that close with my troop units.
If I drop the Melta Bombs from the Sergeants, it nets me enough points to make another Veteran unit Plasma Toting. Only reason I had the Melta Bombs on the blob was in the case of a Dreadnought rolling in and tying them up for the rest of the game, or even worse, a Blood Taloned Furioso showing up and mowing the lawn with the unit.

Dreads aren't too scary, you can glance them to death before they get anywhere near. I love when my regular SW opponent fields a dreanought. You can pretty much ignore them if they're walking across the table and deal with them at your leisure. In the case of being inside a storm raven, you vendettas should be able to handle it. I'd really recommend plasma, I don't enjoy having to move my melta vets in the chimera. Better to put them in a vendetta in my opinion. Yeah occasionally they die, but only if you panic and drop them in a poor place (read when TH: SS termies shrugged off an entire round of shooting and you panic only to lose the melta vets)

Psyker battle squads are pretty poor now. They can't shoot out the chimera so are stuck being an easy target for bolter fire. I'd ditch them for a Russ, either LRBT with a few points left over, or a demolisher. They're similar points ranges so won't hurt you too much.

Rulebook FAQ:
Q: Can Psykers use a Transport’s Fire Point(s) to manifest powers
that require line of sight whilst still embarked? (p78)
A: No. Note, however, that witchfire powers specifically allow
you to do so and are the one exception to this rule.
Since neither of their powers are specified as witchfire.

Well fantastic...glad to get rid of that idea.
Demolisher could work, another thought I had was grabbing a Hellhound so as to take care of Scarabs as I deal with a good amount of Scarab using Necrons.

Hellhounds are great against necrons on paper...until gauss comes into play. You pretty much have to sit back and pound them with artillery from my experience. They chew though mech with glances from simply spamming warriors. Demolishers can give you a great spear-head against gunlines and can be easily bubble wrapped with chimeras to prevent deepstriking melta. I would add in a vanilla Russ. It can do a lot of jobs decently and lets you sit at range if you want. I have a bias against demolishers though.

If you are bubble wrapping the manticores with the inf pltn+LComm., isnt that bubble wrap going to roll up in the first CC? Sure, they will tarpit like heck at that point, but if your opponent can get three assault units over there, one rolls up the Inf Pltn in an assault, the other two then assault the manticores...?

grizgrin
Not so much, I plan on having the platoon scattered to the wins to create as large a footprint a possible so as to create distances too long to be able to hit the Manticores and make it difficult for them to get nuked by flamers and deep striking units. Automatically Appended Next Post: @ griddle
I'll try both iterations of the tank and see which will work more although I'm leaning towards the demolisher as a point vehicle to lead the column across the map.

It's much more useful if you give reasons why.
The list isn't lacking that much anti-tank. Medusae are easy to target due to not being barrage. Manticores can strip hull points quite nicely, which on turn one will matter. They're also good at eating whatever comes out, compared to the shorter range Medusa shell. Manticores do have a problem in that they struggle against the most common army - MEQ. Basilisks might be better. They wreck smaller vehicles with ease and are cheaper. If you need anti-horde there's griffons.

I guess the only reason they would be remotely better is counting as a demolisher cannon with an extra 12" range. I agree however, that Manticores fit better here.
With regards to the Psyker Squad, just had a game against Necrons using an additional Vendetta and the leftover points to make everything Plasma that was Melta. Pretty much a pushover so now trying a Demolisher.
