Just looking for some feedback on how reasonable this list is. I know I SHOULD have some nihilators/swordsmen or something but I love my beasts

For a single list your 2nd list is better, though I dont think you need max handlers, min + gobbers would be more useful until you increase in beasts again. I would take the brute as yeah crippling grasp sucks, its not an auto-loss, while many knockdown( Kreoss) or casters with slams/knockdowns (denny also lol) are just way more common and you will generally just lose.
