Only suggestion is maybe sub a bone giant for some Ushabti, or maybe get something like carrion or scorpions to deal with warmachines, though carrion arent too great, and scorpions cant be to reliable to come up from a burrow when and where you need them. Tomb Guard tend to do wonders for me but with 2 war sphinx you probably don't need them.

With all those contructs in the list I'd try and squeeze in a Necrotect, probably dropping the Spears on the Skeleton Warriors to fit him in

Battle Barge Impossible Fortress

Because losing your Hierophant to a miscast is his #1 threat, and your enemy doesn't have to do anything to cause it.. Also, Talisman will not save you against things you can't control such as Miscast.

Earthing Rod can.

If your Hierophant is taking wounds in order to make a Ward Save, you're probably already losing.

Its useful but far from essential, if you play smart in your magic phase its really not required.

I think that the enchanted shield on the Tomb King is wasted as in combat he requires 2 hands to use the destroyer (IIRC?)

What does your TK on chariot have? I like the Great Weapon and Dragonhelm combo personally
