How does the head banger ork power work in 6th. I get that you drop the plate on top of the weirdboy. But how do the wounds allocate? And can you look out sir?
From the fluff I would place the plate over the weirdboy roll to wound and allocate from the center of the plate (rolling look out sir's for the wounds to pass them onto boys next to him). But I can't really defend this position from a RAW standpoint.
Any thoughts or insights?

I would say start with the weird boy as he is the closest to the firing model.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

Not even needing to be a pseudo barrage; the firing model is the weirdboy, so you start from him.

Of course since you technically start with the closest model to the unit, you could always do random allocation.

ah true - closest to unit, not firing model. Means you would have to do random allocation as every model is the closest to the unit.
Ouch, that would be painful...
