Hi all, I am looking to wargame a battle with 3 companies per side ( as I am the Germans mine would be 1 FJ company, 1 Tank company, and a Panzergrenadier company ) could anyone give me any ideas as to the sizes of the table I would need, I was thinging along the lines of 16 foot by 6 foot any help would be great.

Thought #1. Standard wargaming size tables are 4x6 for most company-sized, 1-on-1 games. I would plan on using at between 2 and 4 of those tables depending on the points total.
Thought #2. Reaching more than about 3 feet across a table becomes a problem, so I think the short dimension shouldn't be more than 6 feet total.
Thought #3... Seems like 6x16 should be just about right for up to about 4500-5000 points per side.
