The paint seems a bit thick, especially around the neck and face. Do you thin your paints?

However, the blood effects are quite nice, so are the studs!

Loving the blood effect. Blood angels should all be clarted in blood!

Hrmm, I'm loking at the model and the only explanation for the thick colour effect would be the light reflection of some blood blotches as the paint is actualy only two thin layers applied with an airbrush.
Thanks for the nice words and yes I thin my paints with desinfection alcohol as it dries then much faster.

Yikes, now THAT's a Blood Angel

What colour did you use for the bolt gun? In my opinion it looks a little bit too light in colour. Would you consider a black wash and some highlights to add some depth? Either way, I would love to see a whole squad painted like this (or a Dreadnought...).

The red and blood effects are ace. I would throw in another color to break up the red a bit though. Maybe some black or yellow.

Amazing mate! Love the shade of the red, and the inclusion of that Raptor chainsword, just what I was thinking of using for my own haha. Lovely to see some more HH marines around here.
