i think i might suggest to him that he should take 10 cultists and an aegis... 2+ cover saves are awesome
he hasn't actualy replied to my 'try these lists' so I don't actualy know if he likes either of these... He has experience, this is my first ever doubles tournament. apparently the highest armour you ever see is 13 on vindicators... and if i have blasters or haywire grenades, then i can take them out easily...
when we started, we designated him as anti-armour, and me as mostly anti-infantry, so it was his idea to have missile havocs.
the nurgle bikers is a good idea, methinks that we will go for something like that... My other idea, is to take out 1 of the extra splinter cannons, and have 3 units of 5 wyches, instead of 2 units of 5 kabalites. Then i could probably get a couple of units in combat on turn 1... which would be nice
since they can only overwatch 1 unit (per unit) i could put 2 units on each enemy unit, and then at least one should get in un-injured...
