Hello all!

I follow James Wappel on his blog (he's very good, you should follow him too) and this one post was great: http://wappellious.blogspot.com/2012/11/off-to-war-no-thats-not-cheeze-whiz.html.

He shows how he uses magnetic primer to make his display boards better. Basically the paint coats the board and lets magnets stick to it. So that means that if you put magnets on the bases of your models they will stay put much better than before. I haven't tested out the strength yet myself, but I'm going to pick up some of it and give it a try.

Here's a link to the primer website: http://www.rustoleum.com/CBGProduct.asp?pid=127

Hope you find it as inspiring as I do!

Curious how this works for you. I have been using these for storage: http://www.qvc.com/qvc.product.V30613.html?ref=CJ1&cm_ven=AMAZONPRODUCTADS&cm_cat=For%20the%20Home&cm_pla=Holiday%20&cm_ite=V30613

And while great I have had magnets on the bottom of my figures therefore I've been trying to glue down metal roof sheeting which tend to break their hold after a while, I hope this will be a great alternative, however it will need to be strong enough so my models don't shift during transportation.

Thus, After having thus successively taken each member of the community in its powerful grasp and fashioned him at will, the supreme power then extends its arm over the whole community. It covers the surface of society with a network of small complicated rules, minute and uniform, through which the most original minds and the most energetic characters cannot penetrate, to rise above the crowd. The will of man is not shattered, but softened, bent, and guided; men are seldom forced by it to act, but they are constantly restrained from acting. Such a power does not destroy, but it prevents existence; it does not tyrannize, but it compresses, enervates, extinguishes, and stupefies a people, till each nation is reduced to nothing better than a flock of timid and industrious animals, of which the government is the shepherd

Was wondering if you had an update for us yet.
