I have searched through my ork codex and I saw that Wazdakka Gutsmeg had a special rule where he could turbo boost and shoot. From this I now know war bikers can turbo boost.. but I cant find it in the codex. If one of you guys could que me in on what page it talks about turbo boosting I would appreciate it.

Just to make sure you have the 6th edition rulebook right?
IIRC AoBR came with the 5th ed book.

Turbo boosting works different in 6th than it did in 5th
Not sure where it is in that rulebook, check the index in the back.
