Depends on the glue. If they used a solvent glue on the plastic minis, good luck!
If they are all done with superglue, I've heard that repeated freeze/thaw cycles cause the glue to break away due to the different thermal expansion properties of the glue and the mini.
I have also had some success with a UK product called "Fairy Powerspray" on removing superglue, so oven cleaners may work too, but I'd try on your least favourite model first in case it damages the model.

It was done with super glue if that helps.

Freeze/thaw cycles then. Place the models in an old, cleaned tub in the freezer and leave them until they are frozen. Remove them and wait for them to thaw, dry them and the tub, then repeat.
If you check them each time they come out, then you will find a time when the glue is brittle and easy to remove. You may even find parts loose in the bottom of the tub - hence using the tub to prevent you finding them loose in the bottom of the freezer.

I've discovered something that might help. Now this will not instantly get rid of glue but by trial and error It does work to some extent. I recently got some marines from ebay that were completely drenched in glue, one marine helmet looked like it has a glass cover. Anyway, I decided to try some super glue de-bonder that I have . Yes it is meant for super glue but so far it has spectacularly failed to work on super glue so I thought "what the hell I'll try it on poly cement instead! So I brushed the de-bonder onto some of the worst bits. Interestingly enough, it softened up the areas; did not remove them but allowed me to gently scrape away the glue with my scalpel. I did not need to apply too much pressure as glue just became sticky mess. No apparent damage to the model, although the de-bonder hates plastic bases, melting them away. This is not a quick fix, rather just a post about an experiment I tried but I'll carry on with it to see if it is possible to restore these former lost models.

Fairy Power Spray will weaken the glue enough that you can simply pull the pieces apart with gentle pressure. Spray the joint, wait fifteen minutes and then separate.

Fingernail polish remover can remove the superglue. Just don't soak plastic in it. Coat only the glued areas.
