5 man terminator squads with 2x Cyclone Missile Launchers and Tank Hunters.

Also 5 man terminator squads with assault cannons and tank hunters.

Also Contemptor-Mortis Dreadnoughts with 2x Kheres Pattern Assault Cannons and Cyclone Missile Launcher.

That's about it.

Not really. BT have no flyers or AA units in the codex, and FW doesn't give you very much. The Caestus is decent in general but has no AA weapons (only blast weapons) and the Storm Eagle is too expensive to do more than a token amount of AA work, which leaves the Hyperios platforms as your only option. So your choices are allies, ignore flyers entirely and win the ground game, or spam Hyperios platforms.

Of course given that terminators with 2x tank hunter heavy weapons in a 5-man squad are one of the only advantages BT have over a codex marine army you probably already have them in your list, so they're not much help if you feel that your current AA capabilities are lacking and want to add more.

There is no such thing as a hobby without politics. "Leave politics at the door" is itself a political statement, an endorsement of the status quo and an attempt to silence dissenting voices.

ADL + Quad gun or LasC I suppose it's a step in the right direction

Put the CML tank hunting termies on a quad-gun and you've got a really good anti-flyer unit.
The Contemptor-Mortis Dread does really well too but costs a lot (both in pts and $$), if you like FW, you could throw a Storm Eagle too.
The real issue is when you encounter a full Air Force (Necrons), and then you'll be overwhelmed regardless...

Oh yeah, I forgot BT get those. Definitely add that to the list then, a Contemptor with dual kheres assault cannons and cyclone missiles is an effective, if expensive, way of enforcing a no-fly zone.

And the good news is that it isn't only AA. Its equally good against ground and air targets.

sadly yes.

I've done a relatively easy conversion using the deathwind launcher bits from a couple of drop-pods and magnetizing it.

Works out well.

Situationally, yes. This is covered in Imperial Armor Aeronautica.
