Buy it off the website, open it, save the packaging. If you have issues, call their support number and tell them. Get issues again? Do it again. Rinse and Repeat until happy. Only way their QA will get any better.

Edit: Incase you don't know, 99.9% of the time they will send you a new one and not ask for the old one back. Very easy if you have about 2 Weeks to ensure a 100% casted model (which is the pure MAXIMUM for ever getting it solved in my book, most are fine out of the box).

Lol.

I was just about to recommend eBay, but pewter Vulkan's are surprisingly pricey.

Very glad I play Tyranids, our models do not go up in price but down. That's some nuts pricing!

It looks like some dude got his hands on a lot for cheap and he's trying to convince everyone else they're worth their weight in gold... EDIT by "lot" I meant as in an " auction lot" not just a bunch.

This line of reasoning broke 7th edition in Fantasy. The books should be as equal as possible, even a theoretical "Codex: Squirrels with Crustacean allies" should have a fair chance to beat "Codex: God".
