Nice list.... Barebones on everything. I like it, 100%.
Melta Bombs on PMs. It's imperative that they stay free from Walkers.
Alternatively, you could make the Obliterators veterans. Some people might not like the +1 LD, but I am finding that 3 Oblits vs. 5 Terminators is a good matchup if your Obliterators can re-roll those hits in the first round...

It's a shame that there are no events in my area that are 1500pts. I really hate 1999.
Seriously.... Hate it.

Unless my math is off, you added the Bikers incorrectly. The base squad is 70 for 2 Bikers and a Biker Champion. 2 additional Bikers is 40 points (20 each). 2 Melta Guns are 10 each, so 20 more points. 30 for Mark of Nurgle on all 5 (or 6 pts per).
My calculator says 160 pts...maybe I just misread something?

Yikes, I'm calling people out for math errors? Considering how awful I am at math, I'm a little unnerved...
With the 10 pts he had left before, and an additional 15 now (175 originally added for the Bikers, minus the 160 they actually cost, that leaves 15 more points), that's 25 he now has to work with.
Sigil on the Lord, perhaps? Power Fist on a Champion? Maybe consider giving the Lord a Gift of Mutation and a Champion a Power Weapon instead?

Actually I am really "OK" on Sigil for the Lord... I'd go down that route.
Good suggestion KO, ensuring that a tough Warlord stays alive longer is insult to injury at Toughness 6

but would it be better to spend the 25 on my other squads, like melta bombs on the plague marines and then maybe a power weapon on the bike champ or sorcerer? Seeing as though my lord is toughness 6 there isn't a lot that he will will need an inv save on. Unless you think differently.
Edit - forgot I originally had a power weapon on the bike champ.

Its true that Toughness 6 models can't be instant killed by weapons of double strength, since the highest is 10, but there's still some things in the game that can instant kill you (the Murder Sword, for example). Plus, what if your Lord gets shot up with lots of Plasmas or Meltas? That AP 1 and 2 will by pass your armor like nothing, and you'll be getting no save. His wounds will disappear very quickly, and Strength 7 and 8 vs Toughness 6 can still get through reasonably reliably.
However, with a Sigil equipped, even though the low AP/high Strength weapons will go right through your armor, you'll still get a 4+ Invulnerable save. This now broadens your protection to cover heavy weapons fire, in addition to the small arms fire protection the Toughness 6 provides.
