So, somewhat of a noob question here. I've heard that GW sells mega battle forces near the hollidays, which makes sense. Is there anywhere I can go that has lists of what are included in these mega battle forces? Particularly I'm interested in the eldar one, but I'm curios to know what they all have.

The megaforces are different every year and are not released for every army. Eldar may or may not get one this year. I would recommend going to the news and rumors forum and seeing what you can dig up for this year's release

It's not a certainty that GW will roll out a megaforce for every race; at the moment, I think only the Space Marine and Dark Eldar ones have been confirmed. You can easily google "Games Workshop Megaforce" to see what's been offered in the past, but at present, here's a link to the one megaforce GW has up:

They did two last year and seem to be releasing two this year, Necrons and Space marines.

Yeah, last year was Dark eldar and space marines, this year necrons and space marines.

Basically they will release two, space marines and whatever is flavour of the month.
