I have about 350 ish points to spend to bring it up to 2k any ideas?

What is your goal with this list?

Competitive? Fun?

Do you want an assault-oriented/fluffy army? Or something more balanced/competitive?

Your list does not seem to have much direction, why krak-grenades when you sqads already have a meltagun or PF? Who goes in the LRC? Why aren't there a 2nd special weapon in your initiate squads?

Give us some more details and we'll give you some solid advice.

Sorry I want a fluffy close combat orientated army, and i was planning on the chaplain and his servitors going in the lrc with the larger squad, and the emperors champion and warlord with the other squads. Nothing is built except the terminators and hqs the rest still have to be constructed so any changes can be made immediately

If you're looking for CC oriented BTs then I would get some assault Termies and stick them in the LRC.

I would also make sure to include CCW/BP on your initiate squads and a PW or PF.

Finally for 100pts I would throw in a ADL with quad-gun and sit the CML Termies behind it so you can take down flyers.

That comes to 1755 and looks pretty solid to me but I'm no expert with them (never played with or against them), any ideas for the last 245 was thinking of addint something along the lines of

That looks good for an assault list.

Accept any challenge is great though, all Abhor the witch does is the free move. Assault Termies are a beast with rage and a chaplain on their way out of the LRC. It should still be pretty assaulty. A chaplain instead of a Castellan is a better idea. Chaplain gives fearless and Litanies. A termie Command Squad is one of my favorites too. Marshal, TA, PF, SS, then 5 Termies:
1 Sergeant-SS/Power Sword (for challenges, let the marshal smash everything else)
1 Cyclone
1 Assault Cannon
1 Chainfist
-then add more if desired, all with Tank Hunters. It deep Strikes in to disrupt and cause a lot of pain killing stuff with fire and powerfists.
