Spent a lot of time on this and I think it is some of my best work to date. Also, this is my first time painting blue power armor and I think it turned out pretty well.

The blue turned out well, but the cloth looks a bit rough... 2-3 intermediate steps from the shade to the highlight colour would certainly help! try mixing the 2 paints up in intermediate steps and using those to smoothen the transition.
I'm still trying to get my robe/Deathwing colorations down and I've just been relying on reading Dakka and watching internet tutorials after spending several years away from the painting/gaming table.
I remember a basecoat/wash/drybrush was sufficient for robes and in retrospect, they looked pretty plain. I used the number of stages/color changes for the robes off of a tutorial from Buypainted.com. Does anyone have better suggestions of how to handle them?
