Battle Foam is what I use.Several different cases, one for each army. Fairly common, and lots of pre-cut style available.

Two wrongs don't make a right, but three rights make a left.

Something to remember about Battlefoam is its foam is significantly different to others.

Other companies use a softer foam that hugs the figure. Battlefoam uses a semi rigid foam with the goal of the model not being hugged, but also having a little wiggle room.

I've found Battlefoam perfect. I have Tyranids and Vampire Counts, both of which are known for very spikey models and/or very fragile models. So having wiggle room in semi rigid foam means teeth, bones, claws, swords, etc don't get caught while putting them in or taking them out. The wiggle room is only a couple of millimeters at most, so it's not enough to allow a model to shake itself apart either.

I also love their laser cut trays. They're always perfectly held my models and been super space efficient. I have a few pluck foam trays that aren't anywhere near as space efficient as their laser cut trays. Pluck foam serves its purpose, and if you need to use it, its good. But laser cut trays are far better, and Battlefoam have an awesome tool for making your own laser cut trays.

Some people don't like their foam - I've heard people say its rubbed paint off models, but I've heard the same about KR and Sabol, and well, it's going to happen in any mini case if your models aren't sealed properly (since they'll regularly be in contact with foam, either from wiggling or inserting/removing from form hugging foam).

So keep in mind if you want soft, form hugging foam or semi rigid foam with wiggle room.

Another thing to consider if Battlefoam also now make trays in the size to fit Sabol and KR cases. So if you find you like Battlefoams foam but not their PACK system cases, you can buy a KR or Sabol case and foam from Battlefoam.

Thanks Loki! Ive decided on the Battle Foam 432, im just really confused on how the foam works. On their website i went to the 432 custom load out for 144, but im not sure what i do when it says choose file...... Also im not sure which pre cut to get, i have the Dark vengeance set, extra squad of chosen, extra DW termies, CSM troops, DP, 3 Lords with termie armor a sqaud of raptors, and DA veterans
