Necron Allies?
(As you play BA this is infact fluffly)

Fire enough gauss at the LR and it will crumple as easily as anything.

Edit : Also Las cannons? They will glance on 5, pen on 6.
Get a few of them and you should be able to take down a LR.

Another thing I use with my C:SM army :

Standard Dreadnaught with a multi-melta and CCW
Drop pod on turn 1 right next to something you want to kill. Fire the multi-melta at it then charge in with a dreadnaught close combat weapon. Should be able to do some decent damage...

Unless it's the dreadnought drop pod from forgeworld - you can't charge on the same turn you deep strike.

Oh? Dont have rules with me atm but I thought that because the drop pod is open topped, it allows charges on same turn as disembarking.

i know it may hav fallen out of favor, but im still a big proponent of the Dante bomb. Personally i run it with Dante and a combat squaded assault squad with 2 melta guys and a sergeant with a inferno pistol (although im not sure if he can hav 2 inferno pistols?), they drop wherever you want so when they come in thats 4-5 meltas on any hard to kill vehicle. granted they cost 360 or so points but i think its worth it to all but guarentee that ur opponents big vehicle dies, and while they may die, then again maybe not.

Plus it allows you to focus the rest of your list on other things, knowing that this is ur dedicated AV14 killer.

If you are planning a suicide squad, wouldnt sternguard in a droppod be cheaper?
