Here's my question:

Going by the rules in the BRB, if your HTH is hemmed in by say a drop pod on one side, and a dreadnought on the other, if you have a lot of models, and your Initiative 1 PFs are in the back of your HTH, how do you actually handle moving lower Initiatives, since it says that models can't move through other models, or with anything less than a space that allows their base to move through.

Are most people just allowing Pile In moves that can't physically happen because we're playing friendly games, and are you going to be a stickler in a Tournament? I've only just recently been able to play some games, and found this to have happened, especially in combats involving multiple units.

You are only allowed to move in a certain manner and distance. If you cannot move, then you must wait until you are able to. Therefore if your PFs are in the back and cannot move their 3" Pile In move in a manner to get them to a point where they can be engaged, then they will do nothing that round, until enough allies die to allow them to move.

I'd be a "stickler", but in most cases it's just not a big deal. You can be behind three rows of friendly models and still attack.
