My Eldar army is that of a giant fleet, that sailed away from Biel-Tan about thousand years ago with the task to protect the Exodite worlds and aid other Eldar when possible. They are mostly active on the Eastern Fringe but have fought at uncountable other battlefields too. They were fighting at the forefront of Ulthwé's defences when attacked by Abbadon The Despoiler, and proved to be of incalculable value when they supported the Eldritch Raiders when they fought back the Tyranids on Lyanden. Their numbers were quickly slinking in the beginning but after some great battles at the side of other Craftworld Eldar, youngsters were attracted in great numbers to the fleet, for it offered the freedom and romanticism of the Corsairs combined with the safety of the Craftworlds. Especially Alaitoc inhabitants join up with the fleet, which is the cause of the blue of the armor, aside from the Swordwind green. They are led by Autarch Defiem Morningblade, who has kept an untameable hatred for anything that is Chaos after he saw his brother's soul being consumed by Slaaneshi Deamons, and by Farseer Q'sandria, one of Eldrad Ulthran's most promising apprentices. he has got his hands on a few of the last remaining Spirit Stones of Eldrad, which are now scattered throughout the galaxy, and uses them to great effect on the battlefield when they greatly bolster his powers.
The tactics that I'm using with them are all concerned about being on the attack and keeping the initiative. Because of that i mostly put them in vehicles and keep as much as possible in reserves, my Farseer, his Avenger bodyguard, some guardians and some other units not holding the ground staticly, but flexibly retreating around a firebase central to my half. I also use the Tau tactics of the Kauyon and the Mont'ka, and have been recently adding Dark Angels as allies
