So I have been looking around on the Internet and I came up with that some people says, for example that if Warriors are getting transported by a Nightscythe and it suffers Crash and Burn effect it wont take the str 10 hit. Is this true?

heated discussion on that point....RAW, yes they do. jury's out on if they are intended or not. Fluff supports both results. So until otherwise FAQd, the embarked unit gets the S10 hit, then put into reserves whatever survives, which also means you dont get to place counters for reanimation protocols.

As above. There is no current rules support for them to avoid this hits, and "RAI" is as muddy as iot often is.
